Outwater Plastics offers a plastic sliding door track system with both upper and lower tracks to accommodate 1/4" thick sliding doors with a 5/16” gap. This versatile system is ideal for replacing existing sliding door tracks or for creating new showcase doors, bookcases, cabinet windows, reptile tanks, vivariums, hunting blind windows, pegboard doors, and more. Our sliding door track allows for smooth and quiet operation without the need for additional glides, wheels, or lubricants, making installation fast and easy with screws, glue, or double-sided tape.

Each plastic channel measures 13/16” wide x 48" long and is available in packs of 3. The upper and lower tracks are manufactured from durable Styrene and feature a solid black finish. The upper track dimensions are 13/16" W x 11/16" H x 48" L, while the lower track dimensions are 13/16" W x 5/16" H x 48" L, both designed to fit 1/4" thick panels made of glass or wood.

The system provides smooth and quiet operation for sliding panels without the need for additional glides, wheels, or lubricants. It is easy to install using screws, glue, or double-sided adhesive, and the 48” long plastic channels can be trimmed to fit your specific needs.
